Did you know landlords are required by law to have gas safety checks carried out on their properties every 12 months by a Gas Safe Registered plumber under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998.
To ensure all gas fittings and appliances (such as cookers, boilers and any other gas appliance) are safe to use.

However, these alarms should not be seen as a replacement for regular maintenance and safety checks by a Gas Safe registered engineer but as an extra.
